With over 15 years of global experience across agencies like Ogilvy, Publicis, and BBDO — and collaborations with Grey and Wunderman Thompson — Rafael has led creative work for iconic brands including Gillette, Shell, Renault, The Coca-Cola Company, Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Mattel, Dove, and many others. He launched Bananas to bring that same high-caliber creativity to a more agile, collaborative space.
Based in California with roots in Brazil, the studio specializes in integrated campaigns, brand development, and emotionally resonant content across film, print, social, digital, and experiential platforms. Whether launching a startup or evolving a legacy brand, Bananas brings human-centered ideas to life with precision, passion, and a global point of view.
